WHAT IS WALLBREAKERS®?
Wallbreakers® is a gamed-based tool designed to support and empower your change journey by practising decision-making, testing assumptions, and seeing the impact of your plan unfold, the good and the bad. During a Wallbreakers® simulation, participants will brush up on their change leadership skills, allowing them to reflect and discuss individual change strategies in a risk-free, engaging learning environment.

HOW DOES WALLBREAKER® DIFFER FROM THE PHYSICAL VERSION?
As a facilitator, you will drive our prominent game, Wallbreakers®, will ensure you can deliver an impactful virtual experience, showcasing the possibility of conducting a quality leadership simulation online. As a facilitator, you will have complete oversight of team performance and decisions throughout the session, making follow-up and debriefs smooth and easy.
The online version of Wallbreakers® is a web application containing platforms for the participant and facilitator. With this certification, you will be a certified facilitator in virtual gaming and can facilitate this version through virtual meeting software allowing break-out rooms, e.g. Zoom or MS Teams.

This certification workshop is for professionals working with leadership development in complex organisations. Previous experience with facilitation and leadership training is beneficial.
WHAT HAPPENS AT A CERTIFICATION?
In addition to learning how to master the tool, you will dive deep into the theories that make the game. Wallbreakers® is a real-life simulation meshed with popular theories on personality types, organisational culture, and change processes.
You will learn how to use Wallbreakers® in different settings for various purposes. You will also learn to introduce reflection exercises and transfer tools, extracting learnings from simulation to reality in a virtual setting.
